By accessing or using Veterans Support Hub (“VSHClaim,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What We Provide
VSHClaim is an educational and document-preparation platform that helps veterans organize the information in a VA disability claim using the 38 CFR framework. We help you structure your conditions, symptoms, evidence, and statements into an organized packet you can review, sign, and file yourself.
Not Legal Advice or VA Representation
We are not the Department of Veterans Affairs, not a law firm, and not an accredited representative. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation, and we do not file claims on your behalf. The VA makes all final decisions regarding claims and ratings. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, rating, or approval.
Accounts and Accurate Information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You agree to provide truthful information and to use the service only for lawful purposes.
Pricing and Payments
We charge a flat, one-time fee for each tier of service, displayed at checkout. We do not take any percentage of your VA backpay or benefits. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. The Expert Review tier includes a manual review performed by our staff after payment.
Refunds
Because the service delivers digital document-preparation work, refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have a concern about your purchase, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veterans Support Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any claim outcome or decision made by the VA.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
